The Gods of Greenwich, by Norb Vonnegut
What a fun read. As a reformed investment banker I love the detail and the intrigue. It is a great read and good fun. Trouble bankers, femme fetal executioners and a wife who cannot recognize her husband and that’s just in the first few pages – all set up a fun and well-written story.
