As the OECD tries to close corporate tax loopholes more emerge. The Sisyphean task is doomed to fail – again. The sharp people are not at the OECD but in law firms, accounting firms, and corporations that out thing a maneuver. The OECD’s continued tax tantrums are foolish and damaging.
